Ergonomics at work

The good posture is highly dependant on the spine and pelvis. In this event we explore their anatomy in an accessible manner. The practical session covers real life positions of the body when working and effective techniques to achieve optimal posture.

Art of change

Our mind is able to create effective changes in us. This workshop introduces cognitive techniques for better balance, coordination and stamina. We explore the concept that better information to the mind leads to an improved navigation in motion.

Mobile when sitting

Sitting is a major activity we perform in the modern world. This practical class will navigate you gently to the optimal curves of your spine, while teaching you how to stay flexible even when sitting.

Fusion pilates

A practical class, which focuses on effective exercises for improving balance and mobility. It will show you that you can nourish your body through movement that require only your attention and effort.

Constructive rest position

There are days when we keep the tension longer. In this extraordinary practice you will regain silence and balance through more awareness. With cognitive exercises you will help the body release the accumulated stress and the spine re-enter its natural curves.

Personal class

Online sessions with valuable knowledge about the anatomy and biomechanics of the spine, pelvis and hip joint, shoulder or knee joint. The plan is based on your needs.

Our thoughts, beliefs and emotional world affect our body and vice versa. What we do with our physical body affects our consciousness. This complex interrelationship can be a source of balance, improved body mobility and focus.

My name is Anna and I practice movement therapy since 2017. I teach Franklin Method and combine it with other useful movement practices in workshops, where people rediscover their body's ability to move with awareness, learn more about themselves and create a lasting change in connecting body and mind.
